- There are no returns or exchanges after 14 days.
- If a return or exchange is necessary WITHIN the 14 day period, there will be a $5 shipping and handling charge applied at time of return or exchange.
- If any item or Dome Ring needs to be exchanged for a different size (because of nonspecification of size at time of ordering or if you ordered the wrong size), there will be a flat fee of $5 for the exchange and shipping. If you need stones replaced on a Swarovski Crystal Dome Ring or Band Ring after 30 days, there will be a $2 charge PER STONE. With a $5 shipping and handling charge.
- Sorry , I do not accept returns on custom jewelry orders (i.e. - stampled jewelry or namesake bracelets)... as each item is handmade specifically for you when ordered.
- Items will be shipped within 7-10 business days from time of order. If a part is out of stock, further time may be necessary. If you need your order overnight or sooner than normal shipping policies as stated, please contact me for expedited shipping, additional shipping fees will apply.
